Description

The vaccine contains Inclusion Body Hepatitis / Hydropericardium Syndrome (IBH/HPS) Virus, Fowl Adenovirus, grown in SPF chick embryos. It is inactivated and oil-adjuvanted (VISA-15 technology) to get stable water-in-oil emulsion.

0.2 ml per chick & 0.5 ml per bird (age > 1 month)

Composition
Each dose of vaccine contains ≥ 103 EID50 / 104 TCID50 of Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH / HPS) Virus, Fowl adenovirus prior to inactivation.
Indications
Vaccine is intended for use in commercial broiler and breeder birds for immunity against circulating FAdV serotype 4, 8 & 11 serotypes in the environment.
Route of administration
Subcutaneous or Intramuscular.
Shelf Life
24 months from date of manufacture.
Storage
Between 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

Instructions

Take out vaccine bottle from refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature for vaccination.

  1. Use only by S/C or I/M route by using 20/21G ½” needle.
  2. Shake bottle before use and frequently during vaccination.
Side Effects

Not observed.

Withdrawal

Not required.

Transport

On ice in thermos flask / thermocol box.
